Crypto Risk (“the App”) is a risk-management calculator for crypto traders. It does not execute trades. It is not a broker or exchange, and it does not connect to your exchange accounts.
01Data stored on your device
The values you enter stay on your device and are never sent to us. This covers prices, stop loss, leverage, balance, saved positions and settings. They are deleted when you delete the App.
02Market data requests
To show live prices, the App requests public market data directly from Binance, Binance.US, Coinbase, Kraken, CoinGecko, Bybit and BingX.
These requests contain only the trading pair (for example, BTCUSDT). Like any internet request, they also reveal your IP address to the service. They contain no account or personal information. Each service handles requests under its own privacy policy.
03Notifications
If you allow notifications, the App warns you when a saved position approaches its estimated liquidation price. It does this with local notifications and Background App Refresh. All of this happens on your device, and nothing is sent to us.
04Purchases
Apple processes all subscriptions. We receive only the subscription status needed to unlock Pro (active or not active). We never receive your Apple ID, payment card or billing details.
05Diagnostics
If you choose to share analytics with app developers in iOS Settings, Apple gives us aggregated crash reports and usage statistics. These contain no direct identifiers.
06What we do not collect
We do not collect:
- exchange credentials or API keys;
- private keys or seed phrases;
- payment card details;
- trade execution data.
We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. The App contains no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
07This website
This website does not use cookies or analytics. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site securely.
08Legal basis
Where data-protection law applies (including the GDPR), we process data on two grounds:
- to provide the service you request;
- our legitimate interest in keeping the App stable and secure.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to its processing.
We hold no personal data on our servers, so deleting the App removes the data it stores. For any request, email galkomves@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
10Children
The App is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age set by law in your country.
11Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
